This Ted-style Talk covers Joe’s personal experiences as a United States Army Veteran of Operation Desert Shield and Desert Storm, and as a suicide attempt survivor. During Joe’s presentation, he will break down his own story and experiences with both the civilian medical community, and also with the Veterans Administration.
