Cris has provided over 350 workshops on screens and kids and recently created Reconnect Webinars for teens, parents, teachers, and clinicians, providing research and strategies to balance screens and healthy activities. Cris is the author of “Virtual Child – The terrifying truth about what technology is doing to children,” publishes the free Child Development Series newsletter, and writes a monthly blog post for Moving to Learn. Cris has two children, Matt and Katie, who are 42 and 28 years old and who survived and thrived growing up unplugged.
