Vermont Suicide Prevention Symposium

Registration Information


The Vermont Suicide Prevention Symposium is being offered as a resource and day of networking for all interested individuals and groups across Vermont and beyond.  This includes VT Suicide Coalition members, providers across health care networks, school staff, other social services providers, individuals with lived experience and anyone who has an interest in learning more to help prevent suicide in our state.


The Symposium has been approved for 5.5 CEU hours through the Vermont Office of Professional Regulation in these professions:

  • Alcohol & Drug Abuse Counselors
    • Apprentice Addiction Professionals (AAPs)
    • Alcohol & Drug Counselors (ADCs)
    • Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselors (LADCs)
  • Allied Mental Health
    • Clinical mental health counselors
    • Certified marriage and family therapists
    • No licensed and non certified psychotherapists
  • Social Workers
  • (CEUs are currently pending for Psychologists)

The Center for Health and Learning is committed to offering attendance to this Symposium to all interested members of our community.  The Symposium is supported by a grant from Department of Mental Health, Sponsorships, and Registration fees.

Partial and full scholarships are available, made available by sponsorship support from Mount Ascutney Hospital and Health Center and Northeastern Vermont Regional Hospital and donors to the Vermont Suicide Prevention Center. Apply for a Scholarship Here.


After registration, you will be sent a link to login to the Symposium via email. Click the link and follow the instructions to sign in. Please record your username and password during the sign in process. The username and password will give you access to the live event and the recordings.


We can accept payment via credit card, or PayPal. Bulk orders will be invoiced for convenience. PLEASE NOTE: You will NOT have access to the content until we have received payment.


Except in the case of an emergency, registrant cancellation will be deemed a “no-show”. No-shows for confirmed registrations will be assessed 100% of the fee for the symposium. Remember, you will have access to the symposium content after the event, even if you miss the live presentation.
