Catherine Marrin, MSW, LICSW Is Team Leader for the Integrated Health Team and supports the behavioral health social workers imbedded in primary and specialty care clinics in Franklin and Grand Isle Counties.
She will discuss the framework for our integrated model and the role of the clinicians in the workflow within these practices as it relates to depression and suicide screening and use of an evidenced based treatment, Collaborative Assessment & Management of Suicide (CAMS), and coordination of care across systems to improve outcomes for the patients they serve.
