Law Enforcement leaders deal with intense levels of stress which can and often do lead to depression and suicidal ideation.

Sheriff (Ret) Keith Clark will talk about his personal experience with depression and ideation. He will discuss signs of needing help and what leaders can do before and after a diagnosis of depression.
